Upgrade Now to Automate V25

Upgrading keeps you current on support, security, stability, and bug fixes. It also allows you to take advantage of new features and enhancements when they become available and makes troubleshooting easier if you ever need support.

Download Automate V25 by visiting Fortra Support, logging in to your user account, and selecting Automate as your product name, and navigating to “View Downloads” under the “Downloads” section.

Revamped Automate Agent

We've fully rebuilt the agent in C# and .NET 8 for improved stability and support that resolves memory leak issues. The legacy agent will still be available if needed.

Trigger Queuing

Adds the ability to aggregate trigger messages. This will reduce network traffic and overhead, improve server performance and stability, and reduce potential for agent disconnect.

There are four main benefits to upgrading:

  • Customers on the latest version are much easier to support, and as such you can expect more timely corrections to issues that arise.
  • Once you’re on the latest version, moving to newer releases is much easier.
  • There is a planned 9% COLA increase in your maintenance renewal. As an incentive to get you to upgrade, once we verify you are on the latest version, the COLA increase will by decreased to 4%.
  • Get access to the HealthCheck tool we will be providing on request for customers running the latest version. This tool scans your installation, and provides insights into how well best practices are being followed, as well as suggestions for optimizing your system.
